Located in the charming Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City, Matt and Kai's 100-year-old bungalow was in need of a complete renovation to match their unique style and values. With a passion for using sustainable materials and a love of modern finishes, we worked hand-in-hand to transform their home into a comfortable and stylish space they can enjoy for years to come.
We worked with Bob and his team to remodel our 100 year old Brookside home. We worked closely with Bob and his teammate, Jesse. Both were great communicators - calling, texting, emailing, and FaceTiming us regularly as we lived out of town at the time of construction. While the project started as a kitchen and bathroom expansion, it really turned into a full home update.
The Gibler team was direct about options along the way and price implications. We never felt surprised by cost. All of Bob’s subcontractors we met throughout the project were professional and kind. What stood out to us the most about working with the Gibler team is the integrity they have in their work and for their clients. We had an incredibly negative experience working with an interior designer (unaffiliated with Gibler Construction) during our project and unfortunately, the situation caused various challenges for Bob’s team downstream. Bob went the extra mile to help us clean up the mess, fix the issues, and complete the project in a way that left us incredibly happy.
All this to say - Bob is professional and dedicated to his craft. We have no hesitation recommending Gibler Construction to folks in Kansas City. By the end, you’ll want to be friends with Bob and the team - they’re truly great folks.
